Terms of Service

These terms govern the private use of Aleatory Hub and its Google Ads campaign-management functions.

1. Authorized use

Aleatory Hub is a private application intended for use by its owner. Access may not be transferred, resold, or made available to an unauthorized person.

2. Google authorization

The application acts only on Google Ads accounts made available by the authenticated Google user. The user is responsible for maintaining appropriate account permissions and may revoke authorization at any time.

3. Campaign actions and spending

Creating or changing campaigns, budgets, bids, advertisements, and related resources may affect advertising delivery and spending. The user is responsible for reviewing the selected account, settings, and intended changes before initiating an action.

4. Acceptable use

The application must not be used to violate applicable law, Google Ads policies, Google API policies, third-party rights, or account-security controls.

5. Availability

The application is provided for private operational use. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security work, API changes, or circumstances outside the operator’s control.

6. No affiliation

Aleatory Hub is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google Ads and Google OAuth are services provided by Google and governed by Google’s own terms and policies.

7. Privacy

Handling of Google user data and public website information is described in the Privacy Policy.
