1. Application and scope
Aleatory Hub is a private, owner-operated campaign operations application. This policy applies to the public information pages at aleatoryhub.com and to the private application’s use of Google OAuth 2.0 and the Google Ads API.
2. Google user data accessed
After the owner grants authorization, Aleatory Hub may access only the Google Ads accounts available to that authenticated user. Depending on the function used, the application may process:
- OAuth access and refresh credentials required to maintain authorized access;
- Google Ads customer and manager account identifiers;
- account metadata such as name, status, currency, time zone, and account type;
- campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, bidding settings, and related configuration; and
- campaign reporting, performance, and conversion information made available by the Google Ads API.
Aleatory Hub does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or unrelated Google Account data.
3. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to provide or improve the application features visible to its authenticated owner:
- authenticate the owner and list accessible Google Ads accounts;
- select and validate the intended advertiser account;
- prepare, create, and update campaign resources after an explicit action;
- read reporting data for monitoring and optimization; and
- diagnose authorization, access, and account-configuration failures.
4. Storage and protection
Authorization credentials and application configuration are stored server-side with access restricted to the application owner and required application processes. Secret values are not intentionally exposed in public pages or logs. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect stored data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
5. Sharing and transfer
Aleatory Hub does not sell Google user data, use it to create advertising profiles, or share it with unrelated third parties. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers only as necessary to host and secure the application, or disclosed when required by law.
6. Retention, revocation, and deletion
Configuration and authorization data are retained only while required to operate the private application or meet security and legal obligations. The owner may revoke authorization from the Google Account’s connected-app controls or disconnect the Google account in the application. Deletion requests can be sent to the contact address below.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
Aleatory Hub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Public website data
The public pages may generate basic server security logs such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and timestamp. These logs are used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. The public site does not use advertising cookies or sell visitor information.
9. Contact and policy changes
